  1. What services do we provide? ADEXA 3D Rendering Firm focuses on providing photo-realistic 3D architectural renderings, including interior rendering, exterior rendering, 3D virtual tours, aerial views and 2D/3D floor plans.
  2. What do we need you to provide? Our process consists of 3 stages. In order for us to best suit your demands, please include in your quote request the following files from your project: 
    1. Design specifications
    2. Desired camera angles
    3. Details/materials required
    4. Floorplans and elevations in formats .dwg, .rvt, or .pdf
    5. Even a sketch (provided all necessary dimensions are included) along with material and landscaping schedule.

  4. Is any deposit required? Yes, ADEXA does require an initial deposit of 50% when both parties enter the contract. The balance is to be paid upon delivery of the final product. Payment terms may vary according to the project.
  5. How to pay? Payment can be securely made by PayPal, Checks, Wire Transfers, or Credit Cards.
  6. How long does a project take? For small projects, it may take three to four working days. Some projects may require weeks or more, depending on their complexity. Time frames will be specified at time of contract.
  7. How many revisions do I get? Our rendering process includes 2 revisions, depending on how drastic the demanded changes are. A first version is submitted for your review. At this stage, you are free to mark the image up and comment back for changes at no extra charge. We then render the second version with the new details previously requested. This second version is the final version. In case there are minor changes needed, we will do it at no extra charge. However, extra charges may apply depending on how drastic the changes are (i.e. layout, furniture replacement, or color/texture change). 

  8. Can customers get the original files when the project is completed? We are sorry that the original files cannot be provided to customers for free. Purchase of those files are upon negotiation between the two parties.

  9. What if I need to print the rendering(s) very large? Our renderings are standard sized to print on 8.5"x11" or to use on the web. Extra charges will apply for anything larger as it is considered a "large format rendering" and require more hours of rendering. It is important for us to know at the beginning of the project if you're planning on printing your rendering on a large format in order to properly price your project. Sometimes, rendering an image for a billboard of 4' x 8' may take over 200 hours to create, depending on the image. Hence, we need to charge extra for those hours of rendering.
