Our Process
If you haven’t already, supply us with your files. Your project manager will run you through exactly what we require to best suit your project requirements, such as design specifications, desired camera angles, and details/materials about your project. What we will ask for is Floorplans and Elevations in .dwg .rvt or .pdf, or even a sketch along with Material and Landscaping schedules.
- Stage 1: Modeling- We use your plans to create a model/wireframe of your perspective view. You have an opportunity to review and make adjustments at this initial stage.
- Stage 2: Texture & Lighting- Here we bring your project to life with the application of your selected lighting, materials and textures. Again, you have the ability to review prior to proceeding into the final stage.
- Stage 3: Post Production- With your project almost complete, we add the final touches to provide photo realism. You have the opportunity to provide your feedback before we provide you with a high resolution image.
